Momate-F Cream is a topical dermatological preparation commonly used for inflammatory and steroid-responsive skin conditions. It contains Mometasone Furoate along with Fusidic Acid 

Key Uses

• Helps reduce redness, swelling, itching and inflammation associated with certain skin conditions.
• Fusidic Acid provides antibacterial action against susceptible bacterial skin infections.
• May be prescribed for infected inflammatory skin conditions, when both an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid and topical antibiotic are clinically appropriate.

Important Precautions

• Use only as directed by a doctor.
• Avoid prolonged or unnecessary use because topical corticosteroids can cause skin thinning and other adverse effects.
• Avoid applying to the eyes, face, groin, or broken skin unless specifically advised.
• Do not use for fungal or viral skin infections unless specifically prescribed.
• Not recommended for self-treatment of undiagnosed rashes.
• Follow the prescribed duration and quantity.

Possible Side Effects

Burning, irritation, itching, dryness or redness may occur. Prolonged use can potentially cause skin thinning, stretch marks, pigmentation changes or increased susceptibility to infection.
