Glycolic acid works primarily by loosening the bonds between dead surface skin cells, allowing them to shed more easily and supporting normal skin-cell turnover.
Suggested Use
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin on the affected area, preferably as directed by a dermatologist or healthcare professional. Glyco 6 is for external use only.
Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, mouth and other sensitive areas. Wash hands after application.
Precautions
- Patch testing is advisable, particularly for sensitive skin.
- Avoid applying to broken, sunburned or severely irritated skin.
- Glycolic acid may cause temporary stinging, redness, dryness or peeling, especially when starting treatment.
