What is the Anti Platelet Antibody Test?

The Anti Platelet Antibody, Serum test detects antibodies that attack your own platelets (blood cells responsible for clotting). It helps diagnose immune-related platelet disorders, especially Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) and other autoimmune conditions causing low platelet counts.
